We normally do not repair small home appliances because it would generally cost about as much as buying a new replacement. But one of our customers brought in this very intricately, detailed Belgium cookie maker (looks like a waffle maker) that had been in the family for generations that wasn't working. We felt bad for them since it had sentimental value and you couldn't just go get a new one at Kohl's or something. Ric took it apart and found it had a broken wire and he was able to repair it. What should he charge for that? He told them to just make him some cookies, so they did, two dozen in fact!! Aren't they beautiful? I put a quarter by them in the picture to show how big they are! And they were delicious! Our customers are the best! Thank you!

Thank you!
